Aimee Coleman is the Property Manager at Cedargate. She has worked in property management for almost 9 years. She began her career as a leasing agent at a student housing property in Bowling Green after graduating from WKU back in 2010.
She was shortly promoted to Assistant Manager, then moved to a different property within that same management company for a few more years before she was promoted to Community Manager there. |

Residents can also enjoy the convenience of their on-site coin operated laundry facility. Student housing came with a unique set of challenges that provided her the skillset to handle everything from the fun to the most difficult situations presented in property management.
She found her place in conventional housing at Cedargate just over three years ago, where she enjoys maintaining a great community to call home for her tenants. |
